Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. (2 Sticks) Sweet Butter
  • 5 Eggs Separate egg yolks and egg whites
  • 1 Small Container Plain Yogurt
  • 3 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Orange Grated Rind
  • 3 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar

Instructions
 

  • 1. Mix butter, sugar and 5 egg yolks until well mixed 2. Add yogurt, flour, baking powder and orange rind 3. Mix batter until smooth consistency 4. Transfer to cake pan and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes 5. After cake is cooled cut into diamond shaped pieces 6. Top with sprinkled powdered sugar
