Ingredients
- 1 Kontos Foods Lavash Flatbread
- 4 tbsp Hummus
- 1 Roasted Pepper
- 2 ounces Feta Cheese
- 1 Large Carrot, cut into ribbon strands with a vegetable peeler
- 1/2 small Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- Spring Mix (or try spinach or arugula if you prefer)
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay Lavash bread on a cutting board. Place 1 tablespoon in each of the four quadrants of the bread. Layer all the ingredients on one side of the Lavash bread. Roll, jelly-roll fashion, the bread, starting on the side with all of the fillings. Trim ends of bread, wrap tightly in foil for transport.
