Handkerchief Flatbread (Markook-Roumali-Mandili)

Many call this the handkerchief bread.  This Middle Eastern and South Central Asian round flatbread is almost ‘see-through’ and is about 20-inches in diameter.  Made on the outside of a wok, it’s great for making ‘beggars pouches’, as well as very delicate appetizers.  Perfect for creating edible breadbaskets. Handmade, No Trans Fat, and 100% Vegetarian.

Enriched Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid), Corn Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Sugar, Barley Malt, and Calcium Propionate (added to retard spoilage).
