- Ricotta Cheese (1 Part)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper (Dash)
- Tobasco Sauce (To Taste)
Instructions
- Mix Feta and Ricotta Cheeses with Olive Oil. Add Crushed Red Pepper and Tobasco Sauce, to taste. Serve with sliced Kontos Pita or Flatbread.
